Comfortable room, convenient location, including a bar/lounge area, and easy access to attractions just 500 meters from Church Street.

Comfortable bed, big size bathroom and central heating, pay TV and a safe box in the room. Location close enough to restaurants, historic Orlando or the Amway Center, both Lake Eola, and the Grand Bohemian for the weekend.

The customer service was superb! The entire staff was very helpful, and attentive. The bath robes in each room made the stay even more relaxing. Thank you!

Location to the Amway Center

I was surprised that a hotel with the reputation and price point fell so,far in the reality of the expereience... Check in at the front desk was confused and took over 25 minutes.. Two room service request for in room di ing was below par.. Both times my order was wrong and the quality of the dessert was terrible.. ( Peach cobbler burned and hard ) The room itself # 1017 was shabby.. The couch is worn , a chair ripped and the front door latch falling off, Not good.. In general, I think that after ten years the decor needs updating badly. It may take millions but its time.

We had a very nice experience at the hotel. I would stay there again when traveling to Orlando.

Well priced and awesome breakfast, we didn't want to say goodbye.

All in all - we appreciated this place & will come back. All in all it's 1st class and beautifully designed hotel, we had a really good stay here.

Couples seeking a unique experience

The hotel has a lovely rooftop pool, made our anniversary night lovely. And the staff were very good, surprising us with a complimentary dessert that was just the icing on the cake!

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but honestly, the memories made it worth it.

The location is perfect for concertgoers, just a short walk to the venue. Our room was clean with unique decor.

The Autograph Collection hotel offered some great moments . The lobby had a classy vibe, and the staff greeted me with genuine smiles upon arrival. My room had spaciousness that I really appreciated, nice decor, and lots of natural light. The bed was super comfy, made for a restful night. I faced a few issues that impacted my experience. The noise from the adjacent rooms was quite bothersome, especially at night. I also found it challenging to get assistance from the staff during busy times. I had an really good dining experience. The menu had nicely curated options and the food was delicious. Despite some downsides, the attentive service and the atmosphere were nice.

The hotel has a fantastic location right in the heart of downtown. There were hidden charges that really added up and an uncomfortable bed that could be improved. The decor, though beautiful, didn't compensate for some disappointing amenities.

The hotel has some fine artwork throughout. The kids enjoyed the spaciousness of our guest room 2 Queen, made traveling with a baby much easier. The friendly staff was always ready to help with our needs.

In my wife's opinion, the rooftop pool could use more family-friendly hours.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the 24-hour reception, bar/lounge area, and complimentary wi-fi. The staff once helped me return my forgotten headphones, a true testament to their care. I highly recommend it and I'm coming back for Easter!
